In development — first program coming soon
Tether Health Group is building calm, private, evidence-informed digital health tools — starting with smoking cessation and extending across 10 areas of health. Small steps, practical support, and no judgment.
No trackers on this site. We ask for an email address and nothing else.

What we are building
The hard parts of behaviour change are the same whether someone is quitting cigarettes, managing blood glucose or keeping up with a screening schedule: a plan you actually believe in, help in the moment it is needed, and a record that survives a bad week.
We are building that once — consent, plain-language education, coping tools, progress without punishment, and routes to real people — then shaping it to each health area.
Built from someone's own reasons, their own date, their own supporter.
Short, guided tools for the minutes that decide the outcome.
Patterns and estimates that a setback never wipes out.
Quitlines, supporters, coaches and care teams — never a dead end.
Where we are headed
We would rather do one thing properly than ten things thinly. Tobacco and nicotine is in active development now. The remaining 9 areas are planned, and the order will follow where the need and the evidence are strongest.

Planned areas describe what we intend to build. Nothing on this page is available for clinical use today, and no Tether Health Group product diagnoses, treats or prescribes.
Our first program
BreatheFreeBreatheFree supports people through quitting smoking — from the first honest look at a habit, through building a plan, to the craving that arrives at 11pm on a Tuesday. Twenty-eight screens are designed and approved, and we are building them into a working application now.

How we build
Our tools educate and support self-management. They do not prescribe, diagnose or replace a clinician. If you work in tobacco treatment, primary care or public health and want to shape what we build, we would like to hear from you.
Early access
We are building in the open and would rather hear from you early than launch at you later. Tell us who you are and what would make this genuinely useful.
